Former MT Wrestling Champ Gets UFC Contract

Former four time state champion wrestler from Poplar, Montana Hunter Azure fought and won his way into a UFC Contract.

Dana White, the President of the UFC, has a show called Dana White's Contender Series, where fighters get a shot at a UFC contract in one fight.

Azure was one of five fighters awarded a UFC contract (it was the first time they ever gave out five contracts in one night).

Azure will be competing in the Bantamweight division of the UFC, where all the fighters weigh between 126 to 135 lbs.

No word yet on when his UFC debut will be, but he will be making the 406 proud.
