Moviefone.com is trying to find the biggest Harry Potter fan in America . . . and I'm pretty sure they did. Contestants had to submit a video explaining why they're the biggest fan, and one guy did his entire video AS Harry Potter.

--He stayed in character while showing off all his memorabilia and explaining that he has so much Harry Potter clothing, he can wear a new outfit every day for three months straight.

--And as if that wasn't enough, he also has J.K. ROWLING'S signature tattooed on his forearm.
