Fowl Situation Handled by Bozeman Police

The Bozeman Police Department made an interesting arrest Wednesday morning.  Henny Penny, a chicken, was booked and "released on her own recognizance" according to the Bozeman PD Facebook page.

Some locals are speculating on the charges:

• Scott stated "Let me guess, Jaywalking? Why must you always question the motives of crossing the road?
• David said it's "Truly a fowl situation. . . "
• Chalet asked "Does she lay rotten eggs? "
• Ben joked "You misspelled 'Eggscuse' haha"

I have to say I'm curious does Henny Penny always brazen? Or was she feeling sassy during her mug shot?
