With all of the things that Montana needs, some of the state's residents are still seeking essential services. As you scroll through different social media platforms, it seems as though there are numerous people constantly searching for the same few things.

1. House cleaning services. Luckily for me, I have a tiny overpriced apartment that takes me thirty minutes to clean, so this service isn't something I am looking for. But for some residents that are working full time, taking care of the kids, walking the dog(s), and making sure there are meals on the table is a lot, and this service is a necessity.

2. Pet sitting. I have from time to time watched a couple of co-workers' pets while they have been away on a vacation or holiday so they can save a bunch of money by not boarding them and also because it seems like it is difficult to find someone you trust to stay with your fur babies. Many of the kennels or boarding facilities are booked months out and even if you find someone to pet sit, they are typically not available for the time frame you need.

3. Home remodel. I am always seeing posts like, "does anyone know someone who can put in flooring in ONE bathroom?" or "is anyone available to hang drywall in a basement?". Obviously construction crews are all ridiculously busy, and taking on small jobs is the least of their priorities.

4. ISO apartment for rent. This is most likely the hottest "ISO" topic to date. We all know we are in a crazy housing crisis and people seeking to rent a place for under $2000 is a hot topic. Will they find it? Maybe a studio apartment or a one bedroom, but any more rooms than that, I hate to say it, but good luck.

What kind of services are you having the most trouble finding? For me, affordable housing is always on the top of my list. So on to another waiting list I shall go.
