This Is Montana’s Most Important Food Innovation

What food is Montana most known for? Beef, Rocky Mountain Oysters or is it something else?

Thrillist came out with a list of the Every State's Most Important Food Innovation and for Montana it's a meat we are all too familiar with.

Apparently, Montana's food innovation is Bison.

It's an interesting choice but it makes total sense. We have the biggest bison population in America and even have a few farms that have grass fed bison.
