I don't know if you have heard of this Facebook group, but it's called Montana Fire Support and they have tons of helpful tips about what you should do if you are near a wildfire.

They just posted today that if you are near a wildfire there might be animals fleeing near you. They ask to bring your animals in at night so the wild ones can pass through. More importantly, though, they ask that you can leave a bucket of water out at night so they have something to drink as they escape the fire. Check out the whole post there.

I love this Facebook group. Here in Montana we are faced with wildfires every year and we see wildlife on the daily. This is just a great reminder that even though we can't fight the fire we can help out Montana's wildlife to make sure they try to survive.
