MSU Athlete Heading to Winter Olympics
The 2018 Winter Olympics are starting this week in PyeongChang, South Korea, where there will be thousands of athletes there from all over the world, including one from Montana State University competing for her home country.
Johanna Taliharm, who is on the MSU Nordic Ski team, will be competing for her home country of Estonia over the next few weeks. She will compete in the Biathlon where competitors cross country ski and rifle shoot throughout the course. This will be her second Olympics after competing in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, where she finished 48th.
We wish Taliharm the best of luck and we will keep an eye out for her. For more details on this story check out MSUBobcats.com.
