Most Stunning Scenic Byway in Montana Is a Short Drive Away

Sometimes a good drive just helps ease your mind and has all of your worries drift away and luckily here in Montana we have some pretty scenic drives but one of the best is actually super close by.

MSN Lifestyle came out with a list of the Most Stunning Scenic Byways in Every State and for Montana they chose the Kings Hill Scenic Byway. This stretch of road goes from White Sulphur Springs straight north towards Belt. It's 70 miles of pristine Montana. forests, mountains, and you will occasionally see wildlife.

During the warm months of the year this highway also has several great National Forest Campgrounds that are perfect for a picnic, stopping to stretch or camping and getting away from the city.

Montana is filled with some pretty incredible drives throughout the state. From the Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park to Beartooth Highway to many others. Montana is not short of beautiful scenery and honestly a beautiful drive in some parts of the state can really calm your mind and help you realize how lucky we truly are to live in Montana.

When the big winter hits you might want to avoid this road because due to all the turns and ice but as soon as it's getting beautiful outside and weather get warmer. I will definitely be planning a trip through the King's Hills Scenic Byway to just get out of Bozeman and give my mind a rest.
