Look Out For These Astronomical Events in May
Even though May just started, the whole month is filled with great star gazing events that you won't want to miss out on.
Here are a few of the events you should watch out for.

May 5th:Eta Aquariid Meteor Shower
On Cinco de Mayo, after celebrating with delicious margaritas and food, make sure you have the energy to look at the night sky for this meteor shower. There should be 20-30 meteors an hour throughout the night.

May 7th:Last Supermoon of 2020
We've had four so far this year but this will be the last Supermoon of 2020 and we won't see one again till April 2021.

May 12th:Jupiter and the Moon
On May 12th, the Moon and Jupiter will be very close together in the night sky. If you have a friend with a telescope this will be perfect time to see the beauty of Jupiter.

May 27th:SpaceX Crew Dragon Rocket Launch
Ok...this is a bit of a cheat but instead of going outside you can stream online the first manned space launch in the US since 2011.
