Judging by the comments, I wasn't the only person surprised when I saw the price tag. The 912 square foot home featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom was listed for $1,090,000. It's located at 907 N. 17th Avenue. According to Realtor.com, the home was built in 1960.
