What Will Happen To This Popular Bozeman Store Location?
With this store moving to a new location, we all have to wonder what will come next to the building.
There have been quite a few changes in the Bozeman area. We have seen some stores close down and some new stores open up. It's a constantly changing atmosphere in Bozeman.
One grocery store, in particular, announced a few months ago they would be building and opening a new location near Ferguson Farms off of Huffine Lane. That grocery store is Town & Country Foods.
They are building a new store to acquire more space and better parking, and their new location will be in the heart of several suburbs in Bozeman. Town & Country Foods will close its 19th Avenue location to open this new store.
How do we know this? There is a sign outside of the building that says available for lease in 2024. That makes sense. Building the new store will take time, and the 19th Avenue store is popular with locals.
That got us thinking. What could enter that 19th Avenue store location space? It's a sizable building and lies close to the busiest intersection in Bozeman.
Another grocery store might be possible. Many folks would love a store like Trader Joe's, but they haven't shown a motive to open a store in Montana.
Another idea is an indoor sports area for batting cages, mini hockey, or laser tag, but the space would need to be retrofitted and remodeled.
It will be a while until we hear news on what could be next for the 19th Avenue location, but we know Town & Country will be moving out, and someone new will be moving in.
What would you like to see go into that building when Town & Country moves out? Let us know on the app.
