Belgrade Shines in December at Holiday Light Park

Every year the town of Belgrade holds a Festival of Lights downtown that’s full of holiday music, food, shopping, and cheer. This year instead of a one-day event, the Belgrade Community Coalition has decided to let the holiday lights shine throughout the season.

For 2020, Belgrade is inviting you to enjoy a Holiday Light Park that will be lit every night throughout December. They have created a beautiful outdoor winter wonderland where you can enjoy:

• Giant Frosty and Rudolph
• A 2020 Memorial Light Tunnel
• Sparkling lights
• Holiday inflatables

The Holiday Light Park is located right behind the Belgrade Senior Center at 92 E Cameron Ave. There is a designated walking path for you to explore and enjoy the festive lights from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. every night.

This is aimed to be a safe event for all to keep proper distance.

Last year Dave and I were able to broadcast from the streets of downtown Belgrade and enjoy the festive lights and vendors. I’ll miss it this year, but I’m glad I won’t miss the light tunnel!
