Two MSU Bobcats Land On Another All-American List
Montana State Bobcats keep getting preseason awards but we will have to wait and see how they do when the season really starts.
Montana State Athletics announced that both Lewis Kidd and Amandre Williams, who are both seniors, were honored as being preseason third team All Americans from STATS Perform.
Both Kidd and Williams are going to be huge pieces of a strong Bobcat team coming into the 2020 season. Lewis Kidd is an offensive lineman and has started 33 games at guard so far in his career and was second team all Big Sky last year. Williams is a transfer from Washington and plays defensive end. He has been a force on defense since coming to Bozeman and earned third team all Big Sky last year.
Both Kidd and Williams have also be awarded third team All American preseason awards from HERO Sports as well and both were awarded first team All Big Sky for the preseason.
These awards are awesome especially for these seniors that want to go out on top in their final season and take Montana State football even further than last year. The Montana State Bobcats had a fantastic year, beating the Griz for the fourth time in a row and making it all the way to the FCS Semifinals.
They were so close to glory and getting to the FCS National Championship, they want to get back but we will have to wait till the spring of 2021 to see how we do but both Kidd and Williams will be a huge part of the team.
