Tourist Makes Dumb Decision In Yellowstone National Park
We have already seen some bonehead moves by tourists this summer, but this incident is mind-blowing.
Tourists in Montana love to test the waters on the limits of stupidity. We have seen tourists get too close to wildlife, try to load animals in their cars, or walk in places they shouldn't be. It seems to be never-ending.
Most of these incidents happen in and around Yellowstone National Park. Tourists treat the oldest national park like a giant petting zoo, and they can do whatever they want while they are visiting.
Most of these tourists pay the price for their stupidity, and this case is no different.
Unofficial Networks posted a beautiful video of a tourist getting his vehicle stuck on a beach where cars are prohibited from driving on. Click the link here for the video.
This Subaru driver made the dumb move of driving on loose rocks at Yellowstone Lake and had to ask for help to get him out. The driver is lucky the people around him helped him out.
Most Montanans would probably leave the driver and have him call the park rangers to help him. That way, the tourist can learn why you don't drive on the beach and damage our state's natural beauty.
We still have months of tourist season here in Montana, and we will probably see more of these stories as the days go on. It's our duty as Montanans to protect our state and hold these folks accountable.
Keep your eyes open for these idiot tourists, and keep Montana safe.
