Sam Adams is Releasing a Beer That’s Illegal in Montana

Who knew that the one thing that Montana has a problem with is a really, really strong beer. Thrillist.com released a report that Sam Adams is about to distribute a beer that costs $200 and due to some state laws will be illegal in at least 15 states, including Montana.

You might be wondering why on Earth would this beer be banned from Montana? Well it's apparently because the Sam Adam's Utopias has a ABV(alcohol by volume) is 28%, which in comparison their Sam Adam's Boston Lager is just 5%. The Utopias serving size is also recommend to be 1 ounce.
