Every year we love getting the kiddos all dressed up as their favorite characters and taking them to get as much candy as they can. Almost all kids love Halloween, and I won't lie, most adults love it too.
The event is from 12-2 PM on Saturday, October 29th. You can dress up if you choose, lots of kiddos do! There will be three different age groups (0-5, 6-9, and 10-12) that will compete for a prize. The winner will be chosen shortly after the contest ends at 2 PM, so you will want to stick around, as you do need to be present to win.
While you are waiting for the winners to be announced, don't forget that you can grab some snacks and a swag bag.
What else will be going on during this fun event? The Kenyon Noble staff will be dressed up and YOU get to vote on your favorite costume!
Sweater weather is just around the corner...hopefully. These hot summer days are getting to be a bit much if I am being honest! I mean football shouldn't be going on with 100 degree temps in the background. It's time for chili, oversized sweaters, pumpkin spice (yes I said it) and of course...pumpkin patches.
If you are new to the state, you will learn that pumpkins don't necessarily grow the best here. We have unpredictable weather. Sometimes a very long winter and sometimes a hot dry summer (like this year). Pumpkins need to have at least 6 hours of direct sun light along with good soil and lots of water.
Finding a pumpkin patch for you or the kiddos in Montana is a bit of a struggle. Luckily, here are three that you should definitely try out. Just make sure to call in advance so you can plan the perfect pumpkin picking date.
4 Montana Corn Mazes 2022
So we know where to find some of the best pumpkin patches in Montana, but where do we go for the corn mazes, the haunted houses, the "make me jump" scares? Here you go, this list is just a few, but you won't be disappointed.
If you are bringing the kids or the scaredy cats, you will want to stick to the daytime hours for these spooktacular corn mazes. Luckily, they keep in mind that not everyone wants to have nightmares and some just want to go through the maze, take some cute pictures, and carry on with their day. We totally get it!
