MSU Homecoming Week: Events Schedule

It's Homecoming Week at Montana State University so there's a lot of events going on this week leading up to the Homecoming Game on Saturday against Idaho at 2 p.m.

Monday, October 8th

• Indigenous Peoples Day celebration, noon, Malone Centennial Mall.
• 125th Book Release Party.  Details here.

Tuesday, October 9th

• Decorating Contest from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at all residence halls and various offices on campus
• Rocking R Bar Homecoming bingo in downtown Bozeman at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, October 10th

• Homecoming Barbecue at the Malone Centennial Mall from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
• Glow Zumba in the SUB Ballrooms at 7 p.m.
• Lighting of the M at 8 p.m.

Thursday, October 11th

• Hello Walk on the Mall from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Grand Opening for the Climbing Wall at Marga Hosaeus Fitness Center beginning at 4 p.m.
• Jake Jabs College of Business and Entrepreneurship Homecoming awards at Risa Scott Collaboration Lab, Jabs Hall Room 207 beginning at 4 p.m.
• Free bouldering clinics at Marga Hosaeus Fitness Center at 5 p.m.
• Climbing competition at Marga Hosaeus Fitness Center at 6 p.m.
• Homecoming Block Party Carnival at the Hedges from 6 to 10 p.m.
• GO CATS lighting at the Hedges at 9 p.m.

Friday, October 12th

• President's Homecoming Breakfast and Blue & Gold Awards in the SUB Ballrooms at 8 a.m.
• College of Nursing Homecoming awards at Leigh Lounge at 10:30 a.m.
• College of Agriculture Homecoming awards in the Animal Bioscience Building room 138 at 1:30 p.m.
• College of Arts and Architecture Homecoming awards in the Helen E. Copeland Gallery at 3 p.m.
• Norm Asbjornson College of Engineering Academy of Distinguished Alumni Award Ceremony in SUB Ballroom A at 3 p.m.
• Honors College Homecoming awards at Procrastinator Theater at 3 p.m.
• College of Letters and Science Homecoming Awards in Leigh Lounge at 4 p.m.
• Alumni Friday at the Rocking R Bar in downtown Bozeman at 4 p.m.

Saturday, October 13th

• Chorale recital at Holy Rosary Church in downtown Bozeman at 9:30 a.m.
• Homecoming Parade beginning at 10 a.m. at Eighth and Main through downtown Bozeman
• Homecoming candidate photos with community in Soroptomist Park at 10:30 a.m.
• Alumni Foundation Homecoming tailgate. Details here.
• MSU football vs. University of Idaho at Bobcat Stadium kickoff is at 2 p.m.
• Half-time Homecoming ambassadors announced in Bobcat Stadium 3 p.m.
• MSU volleyball vs. Eastern Washington at Shroyer Gym begging at 7 p.m.
