Most Beautiful Small Town in Montana Deserves Their Title

There are so many small towns in Montana that could land on this list but the one they chose is definitely one of the best.

MSN Lifestyle came out with a list of the Most Beautiful Small Towns in Every State and honestly, we thought they might mess this up but they chose a pretty great place in Montana.

MSN Lifestyle chose Philipsburg, Montana as the Most Beautiful Small Town in Montana and I have to slightly agree with them. Philipsburg has less than 800 people in their town, used to be a thriving mining community and has one of the best breweries in the whole state. Plus, their downtown has all the small town vibes you want to enjoy.

Philipsburg is one of those small towns that often get overlooked in Montana due to the fact we have so many great small towns you could choose from. Philipsburg is off the beaten path from the freeway but it's worth a weekend trip. Whether to get away from the big cities of Montana or just enjoy some Montana scenery, Philipsburg was a great choice.

Other small towns that could have easily been chosen on this list from Montana are Ennis, Bigfork, or Bannock. Ennis for their incredible downtown, fishing areas and having one of the best distilleries in the state. Bigfork for their location on Flathead Lake, fantastic downtown, and Flathead Lake Brewing Company. Bannock would be chosen solely for having some of the best fly fishing in the state.
