Montana’s Unemployment Has Dropped in April
Montana is doing a lot better than most states.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics just released their info for the month of April regarding unemployment and Montana is doing pretty well.
Montana is 6th in the nation in lowest in unemployment percentage at just 11.3%.
We did jump from 3.6% in March to 11.3% in April in unemployment.
That might seem high but Nevada is at 28.3% in April so we should feel a little better.
Also, from March to April only a little over 62,000 jobs were lost state wide but hopefully that will slowly reopening the state.
