Montana’s Best Airbnb Host Offers a $55/night 8’x10′ Cabin
With no electricity. In the boonies. On 10 acres. If you need to CHECK OUT of society, this little place just east of Missoula looks perfect. Ray is this cabin's Superhost and he has been named the "Best New Superhost" for the entire state of Montana.
Airbnb decided to celebrate the best of their new Superhosts by naming the best in each state. "Ray" came up top of the heap for Montana with a very simple cabin in the woods.
This Airbnb is a one room cabin that can sleep two people, but to me it looks more comfortable for one person. There's no bathroom in the cabin...you'll be using an outhouse, but the guests so far say it's comfortable and clean.
The cabin costs on $55 per night AND it's right down the road from the Kettlehouse Amphitheater if you like staying near the venue after a concert. Just a thought. (The listing says that pets are allowed too.)
According to the official listing on Airbnb:
Enjoy staying on the edge of our little homestead in a cozy little 8x10cabin. This is the perfect space for couples or single travelers.
Inside you will find a cozy double bed and a propane heater. We are located less than a mile from Johnsrud Fishing access, some of the best fishing around.
You will have access to a fire pit outside.
There is no bathroom or running water in the cabin, but we do have an outhouse for your use.
There will occasionally be other renters in RV spots on the property.
We are located on ten acres. Located directly behind us is hundreds of acres of BLM land for you to explore or take the short walk/drive down to the river.
There's also a firepit for you to enjoy and the cabin is available for long term rentals.
