Montana Airbnb’s Might Have A Wild New Concept Soon
This idea could be a game-changer for travelers.
Airbnb in Montana
It's a massive business in Big Sky Country.
Short-term rental companies have skyrocketed in the past several years. Companies like Airbnb and VRBO give families or travelers a different housing option when vacationing in Montana.
Why have Airbnb and VRBO rentals become so popular? Many reasons. These rentals often can house more individuals for a cheaper price, are closer to points of interest, and the privacy alone is a perk.
Airbnb rentals skyrocketed during the COVID pandemic in Montana because domestic travelers wanted a place to explore our national and state parks.
Airbnb has come under fire lately due to the excessive fees. This problem has made some travelers venture back into hotels for vacations.
Airbnb wants to change that.
How? They have an idea.
Airbnb Loyalty Program
This concept is interesting.
The Points Guy reports that the CEO of Airbnb is thinking about introducing a loyalty program soon.
How would this work for Airbnb? The CEO says they wouldn't have a points-based program, but a paid subscription service.
What would that look like? Essentially, travelers would get access to unique perks or services from Airbnb.
The services could include private chefs, spa days, and other experiences that travelers would enjoy.
Montana experiences could include horseback riding, whitewater rafting, and other activities unique to Big Sky Country.
It's an interesting concept.
Airbnb says the loyalty-based program isn't coming soon because they must figure out the details.
When it does come, will you be a part of it?
What are your thoughts on Airbnb adding a loyalty-based program?
