Montana Costco’s Might See Another Popular Food Court Item Leave
This wholesale store needs to stop changing things up so frequently because customers are starting to get annoyed.
What's better than spending hundreds of dollars on groceries and goods to supply your family and household for the next few weeks? Rewarding yourself with a delicious treat from the food court.
Costco is where everyone gets supplies ranging from food, goods, and other essentials in bulk and saves a little bit of money in the long run. It's a one-stop shop for many and is beloved by many who like to buy in bulk for cheap.
The one thing that makes Costco even better is its food court. There aren't many places where you can get delicious pizza, hot dogs, and other treats all under $5. If you are on a budget, the $1.50 hot dog/soda combo is a lifesaver for many.
Costco, over the years, has added and taken away items from its food court, and some of Costco's decisions have upset many customers. Recently, Costco removed its churro and switched it up with a giant chocolate chip cookie.
Another change might be on the way.
Eat This, Not That reports Costco might remove the roast beef sandwich from the food court soon. The roast beef sandwich is the food court's most expensive item at $10, and that price has been a turn-off for customers.
The roast beef sandwich debuted less than six months ago, in October 2023, and didn't make the splash Costco hoped for.
The sandwich has disappeared from Costco's food court menus across the United States, and we can expect it to be removed from Montana locations.
If the sandwich had a better price point, it would have done better, but Costco will have to find a new and exciting item to replace it.
