New Exciting Restaurant Opening In the Bozeman Area in 2024
2024 is shaping up to be an exciting time in Montana, and this new restaurant has fantastic potential with locals.
2023 has seen quite a few businesses and restaurants shut their doors, to the dismay of locals. In their place, new and exciting new stores have opened in their old locations. National retailers like Stio and Lucchese opened stores, and new restaurants like 1864 and J.W Heist Steakhouse became downtown fixtures.
Some locals aren't thrilled because they miss the businesses they replaced, but one new restaurant is coming to Bozeman and has a chance to be a hit with many locals.
Back in September, Nordic Brew Works closed down in the Ferguson Farms building, which surprised many. Nordic Brew Works was in a highly populated area of Bozeman and was known for high-quality pizza but decided to automatically add a 20% tip to every bill to help pay servers.
Many locals voiced their disapproval of this move. Now that we are almost into December, a new restaurant has announced they will take over the old location. This new food spot has a chance to be a hit with locals.
Opening in the Spring of 2024 will be Merry Piglets. Merry Piglets says they offer Mountain Tex-Mex, and their menu will have you drooling.
Will this be Merry Piglet's first location? Merry Piglets has had a location in Jackson Hole for over 50 years and has a laid-back atmosphere while serving delicious dishes anyone can enjoy.
It makes sense Merry Piglets would take over the Nordic Brew Works location. Merry Piglets is a part of the Blue Collar Restaurant Group, which owns and operates several restaurants in Ferguson Farms and Sidewinders. The Blue Collar Restaurant Group has a fantastic track record with restaurants that locals and visitors can enjoy.
Merry Piglets is set to open in the Spring of 2024, and if we find out any more information, we will update you.
