If you've driven down Main Street in Bozeman recently you may have noticed some workers at the former Perkins location. The building is being renovated for a new restaurant supply company.

The location will be home to Bargreen Ellingson Restaurant Supply & Design, a company that focuses on serving those who serve others. They offer restaurant equipment, bar supplies, kitchen wares, healthcare items, supermarket supplies, hospitality design, and supplies for both commercial or home bars and kitchens.

Bargreen Ellingson started in 1960 and has grown to over 450 employees with 22 facilities in Washington, Oregon, Wyoming, Texas, Colorado, Idaho, Hawaii, Alaska, and two Montana locations in Billings and Missoula.

R & R Taylor Construction posted a video (below) on Facebook showing some of the work they have been doing. You can watch some of the work being done to convert the building, located at 2505 W Main St, and give the former Perkins a whole new look. As part of the video, you can see inside the building and how much has already changed in the renovation process.
