Montana is no different.
Montana has had several weird laws that technically still exist. They aren't enforced, but it makes you wonder what happened for them to become real.

Did You Know Cannibalism Is (Technically) Legal in Montana?
We aren't joking. Cannibalism is legal in Montana.
You can't kill someone and eat them because that's murder.
You can't eat a dead body because that's a desecration of a corpse.
How is it legal?
You can buy legally buy body parts or organs and then eat them.
WHAT?
How is this not illegal? Not many states have laws to prevent this, and national laws are not strict.
The craziest part about this whole thing is cannibalism is allowed in every state in America but Idaho. We are bewildered by this news.
We've all heard about cannibal stories and thought it was illegal, but we are wrong.
Maybe Montana's government should address this because we might have some psychos in our midst.
