It's a mixed bag most of the time.

Bozeman might be one of the largest cities in Montana, but it's also a year-round tourist attraction.

People come in the winter to experience the ski resorts and in the summer for the national parks, fly fishing, and other outdoor activities.

We have seen a steady growth of tourists thanks to movies and TV shows like Yellowstone, showing off the natural beauty of Big Sky Country.

The tourist industry is booming, but there are some downsides.

Some tourists come to Montana and appreciate what we locals enjoy daily. Some act like Big Sky Country is an adventure park where they can do whatever they want.

We've all seen and heard stories about what tourists say, but I have never experienced them firsthand.

Until now.

First-Time Reaction To Bozeman

My friend from college visited me this past Memorial Day. It was her first time in Montana.

She brought her dog and wanted to try to experience as much of Bozeman as she could.

We did everything we could in two days. We ate good food, checked out breweries, and took my friend's dog to the park to run around.
