This Fantastic Restaurant Has Montana’s Best Fried Chicken

Personally, I like to leave the chicken frying to the professionals. You can find places like KFC and Popeyes scattered throughout Montana, but if you're looking for the best fried chicken in the entire state, there's one place that you need to check out.

I'm talking about Roost Fried Chicken in Bozeman. The restaurant was featured on an episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives on Food Network in 2018. OnlyInYourState picked Roost in an article about the best fried chicken in Montana. As someone who appreciates a good piece of fried chicken, I'd have to agree. If you want to try it for yourself, Roost is located on the south side of Main Street near  15th Ave. in Bozeman. It can get really busy at times, and you might have trouble finding a table, but believe me, it's worth the wait.
