These New Billboards Could Show Up Outside Montana’s National Parks
These would be wild to see in Montana.
Billboards
We've all seen them in our lives.
Billboards are everywhere in Montana. Billboards line Montana's highways, freeways, and country roads with different messaging.
Some billboards advertise hotels, restaurants, or points of interest, but there are a few you don't see often.
These billboards are often more memorable because they might have unique images or wild mottos. We've all seen the anti-drug, religious, and other billboards in Montana.
While all these billboards are trying to advertise or make drivers aware of a local group trying to spread their message, people will focus on driving.
Maybe drivers should pay more attention to what's on the side of the road because we could see these billboards pop up in Montana.
Anti-DOGE Billboards
Some folks aren't too happy with their moves.
The Department of Government Efficiency, or DOGE for short, has made several moves in the past five months that locals have either loved or questioned.
Many Montanans are worried about DOGE cutting Forest Service and National Park staff. These staff members are crucial in maintaining and providing safety for anyone in the area.
A group has decided to make their disagreement public, and these billboards are wild.
Anti-DOGE billboards have popped up across America near several popular National Parks.
The campaign is from the More Perfect Union group, which advocates for the over 1,500 employees terminated or bought out by DOGE.
Many of these billboard messages are harsh and realistic about what is happening at our national parks this summer. Several parks had to shut down campgrounds, lost cleaning staff, and face other problems that could arise.
We haven't seen any of these billboards pop up at Yellowstone or Glacier National Park yet, but they could be coming.
How would you feel if you saw one of these billboards in Montana?
