7 Fun Bozeman Area Events This Week: Rodeo, Shakespeare and Ibiza
Dancing, walking tours, big rodeo action and community activism. The week before a holiday weekend is always packed with stuff to do and this week is no different.
Monday, August 30th: Trivia at the Bacchus Historic Pub - (105 West Main, Bozeman) Happening 7pm to 9pm. Hosted by Game Night Live. FREE to play with prizes for winners.
Thursday, September 2nd: Belgrade Talk of the Town Meeting at Lewis and Clark Park - Hosted by the Belgrade Community Coalition. Meeting starts at 6pm, open to the public. "Do you have questions about things happening around Belgrade from trails projects, the newly proposed Library and Community Center, schools, and city planning? Bring them to the Belgrade Community Coalition market booth each Thursday starting at 6pm as we invite a guest speaker for the week to talk about their area of Belgrade expertise."
Friday, September 3rd: Montana Shakespeare in the Parks "Cymbeline" - FREE performance at Family & Graduate Housing at MSU. Starts at 5:30pm. "This performance of the tragicomedy Cymbeline has a Grimm’s Fairy Tale feel about it and will employ gender-blind casting."
Friday, September 3rd: Murders, Madams, and Mediums: Bozeman's Dark Side - Happening 7pm to 8pm with the Extreme History Project. Tickets are just $12. A cool walking tour to examine some of Bozeman's darker stories and history.
Saturday, September 4th: Starlite End of Summer-Fest Party - (622 East Tamarack, Bozeman) Happening 7pm to 10pm. Lots of outdoor space. "Experience the Ibiza festive ambiance of 90’s Progressive & Melodic House thanks to Ibiza Sound Club". Tickets are just $10 at the link above. "Hula Hoops, Levi Wands, LED Hoops, Silks & other tools of self-expression welcome. (No fire.)"
Sunday, September 5th & Monday, September 6th: White Sulphur Springs Labor Day Rodeo - Ticket info: 15 & up: $15, Kids 7-15: $10, Kids 6 and Under: Free, VIP Tickets (2): $300 and includes tickets for 2 people for two days of rodeo action and access to the VIP Tent. Sunday, September 5th: From Tents to Town: Bozeman's Historic Main Street - a walking tour with The Extreme History Project. Happening 1pm to 2pm. Tickets are just $12. Even Bozeman natives will learn something new...from politics, to families to architecture.
