The Jersey Shore cast is officially gunning for TV’s Best Revivals. The whole gang of Snooki, Vinny, Ronnie, JWoww, Pauly, Deena and The Situation are headed to a Miami Family Vacation in the first-look reunion trailer, along with an April premiere.
Cultural touchstones come and go, and it seems like forever since the Jersey Shore kids were exhausting our capacity for acronyms. Most of said Shore-hounds have grown up and had their own kids by now, and might make us feel even older with an upcoming reunion special.
It was just over a month ago we learned that MTV wanted to put the Fear Factor in today’s youth with a Ludacris twist, making millennials dunk their cell phones rather than play gross-out games. Now, the first trailer for the youth-oriented revival looks a lot like the old series, because who doesn’t love beds full of maggots?

The 2013 MTV Movie Awards winners, though by no means as hyped as, say, the 2013 Oscars, are a fun affair nonetheless. Most of the awards, with exceptions to the "specialty" categories, are voted on by the fans, which means many of the titles that got snubbed during awards season now have another chance for the recognition many believe they deserve.
