You Won’t Believe How Much Per Month This Bozeman Rental Is. WOW

As I was scrolling Zillow, like I do every week, I came across a super cute house for rent. Modern colors, rustic, AND fully furnished! I love how open it is, there is a gym and an amazing backyard for the kids or pets.

Lawncare in the winter and summer is included, although utilities are not. The utilities alone will cost you around $300 per month. You will be about 10 mins from Bridger, where you can get in some skiing in the winter, and trail hiking in the summer. I also love that it has a hot tub. A SALTWATER hot tub. They are the best.

The open concept kitchen makes this a perfect home to entertain in! Now let's see what we are looking for as far as monthly rent. This is where it gets a bit sticky...but I will be honest, I know there are people renting their homes out (30 day minimum) kinda like Airbnb/VRBO for over this amount.

This home is located on Boyland Road and it rents for $8000 per month plus utilities, which we said earlier, will run around 3 hundred dollars. So in total, you are looking at $8300 per month!

What would the house have to look like for you to rent it for this amount of money? Obviously, this is not realistic for most BUT just use your imagination. What would your dream rental be?
