Taylor Swift has connected with her fans in a way nobody else has done in the history of ever. She sent personal gifts and a hand-written note to some of the people who support her the most. These girls freak out and I am crying watching their video. No matter how you feel about Taylor now, you'll fall in love with her after seeing these two videos.

First, there's Hannah. She arrives home to see a box on her front porch. After noticing that it's from Nashville, she cannot contain herself. "Open the door! Open the door!" she says to the person filming. On the top of the box full of gifts is a letter from Taylor.
