It may not be the Scrubs revival that fans want, but Zach Braff is coming back to ABC regardless. The erstwhile Dr. John Dorian officially has marching orders to return to ABC with a new single-camera comedy pilot, with plans to both star and direct.

News of Marvel’s ABC-IMAX The Inhumans series was quickly followed by curious distinctions that a separate movie might still make it onto the MCU slate. That’s certainly what the sometime-attached Vin Diesel would prefer, as the Guardians of the Galaxy star says he has a mind to talk to Marvel about fixing their plans.

As often as a seventh Star Wars movie seemed like a lost hope, TV fans have wondered if the franchise would ever make good on a live-action TV series to further the brand. Time and time again, rumors have spread, while the latest sees ABC bosses acknowledging they’d love to host one, and still talk to Lucasfilm about the possibility.
