Friday afternoon 4-8pm enjoy a street fair featuring Merchant Booths representing Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Venuezuala and Santiago ran by Montana State University International exchange students and volunteers at the Emerson Cultural Center.  Then later check out the 18 and up Dance Party and Fashion Show!!

Come enjoy the feel, sight, and sounds of South America at The Santiago Street Market. Held at The Emerson Cultural Center Ballroom Friday April 8^th.  this all ages event will feature Merchant Booths representing Brazil, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Venuezuala and Santiago ran by Montana State University International exchange students and volunteers. Each booth will be decorated with their own theme will offer free samples of South American Food and Drinks. The Market will also feature South American items including but not limited to: Bead Work, Leather Work, Jewelry, Fabrics, Herbs and Spices, Teas, Men, Women and Children Clothing, Swimsuits, Sculptures, Posters, Canvas Art, Music, Instruments, Toys.

There will be three bonus events at the Street Market: 1. Salsa Dance Explosion- Salsa Display and Teaching Session 2. South American Wine Tasting 3. South American Fashion Show - will feature 10-20 Models Wearing South American made and inspired fashion with help from local designer, decorated with Elaborate Bead and Feather Work.

The Street market is just a prelude to the caliente night that follows. We will close down the street market and reopen the Emerson at 9pm, redecorated with fabric and art into a Santiago Dance Club. This event will feature 5 DJ’s set up to play back and forth so all music from Drum & Base to Reggaeton will be represented. We will also provide an awesome light show and go go dancers everything you would find in the hottest nightclub in Santiago.  Local dance crew Majnoon takes the stage to perform a Latin Dance Explosion. At Midnight get ready for our South American Carnival Lingerie Fashion Show. The Carnival will showcase Brazilian Club wear, Swimsuits and Chilean Lingerie, some decorated with Feather work.  The show features 30 Male and Female local and international models. After the Show models and designers will come out to join party for photos and meet and greets. This event is 18 and up only $10 Presale $15 Day of event.
