One Fantastic Change Coming To The Bozeman Airport Soon
Some significant changes are coming to the airport, and this news will be fantastic news for the upcoming future of the airport.
Folks traveling near and far to come to Montana. The airports all over the state have seen significant rises in passengers yearly. Several of Montana's airports have made crucial changes to their airports to make them enticing for new flights and passengers.
One airport in Montana that has dealt with more than twice as many passengers as any other airport is the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
The Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport has daily flights all over America and has broken passenger records yearly. The Bozeman Airport has made massive strides in making things easier for passengers, including adding new parking lots, pick-up and drop-off locations, and more food options in the terminal.
The only problem that needs to be resolved is how slow going through security can be during peak hours. With this news, that might change soon.
NBC Montana reports that the TSA officers in Bozeman will be transitioning to federalized security operations in October. They will be rocking blue uniforms instead of their current grey uniforms. What else will change? Not much.
Security will still provide easy and secure service for travelers heading into the terminal for their flights. The upside is they also plan to hire over forty new workers for TSA to handle the massive growth of the airport.
That will be huge in helping people get through security faster during the busiest hours.
There are many moving parts happening at the Bozeman Airport, and we can't wait to see what else they have planned.
