New Taco Bus Opening Soon in Bozeman

The Gallatin Valley can never get enough authentic Mexican restaurants and I can't wait for another one.

There has been an appearance near The Cat's Paw of a giant blue bus that will be offering authentic Mexican food and we cannot wait for them to open up. Looks like the bus says Blue Taco Bus and will be in an old school bus. There is no word on when they will open up or where they will be located but they will probably be welcomed with open arms here in the Gallatin Valley.

The Gallatin Valley is no stranger to taco trucks or buses. There is one in Belgrade and we also have El Rodeo in Bozeman. El Rodeo is a staple of Bozeman and is a community favorite if you want to get great tacos. So it's pretty obvious that the Gallatin Valley are big fans of taco buses, especially if the quality and prices are fantastic.

Hopefully, we will find out more details soon about this Blue Taco Bus because they don't have any details online or on social media. That's a problem because I need all the facts on their food and especially when they open so I can be there the first day just crushing burritos on a beautiful Montana day.

When we find out more info we will update the post but for now, I think the taco buses El Rodeo near Dollar Spree or the one in Belgrade just off of the freeway should suffice for the time being.
