New Bozeman Food Truck Smashes

Sometimes you have to roll the dice and give a new restaurant or food truck a chance, and I am so glad I did. 

If you haven't noticed, 7th Avenue in Bozeman has become a great place to find some delicious food. There is a litany of Mexican restaurants and food trucks scattered down the entire street.

There is also a food truck square on 7th Avenue that has gained both more trucks and more customers in the past few months, and I decided to try one food truck that caught my eye. 

Cholms Burger is a new mobile food destination, and being a big fan of burgers, I had to take a chance. Thank goodness I did.

Cholms Burgers are classic smash burger-style cheeseburgers. Thin patties (smashed), special sauce, and the softest buns. I got the double-smash burger, and it was delicious. To accompany my smash burger, I got a chopped cheese fry. This could be a meal by itself. The chopped cheese fry consists of fries, chopped burger patty, cheese, pickles, onion, and special sauce. 

Cholms Burger is a stellar choice for lunch or dinner and has a solid location on 7th Avenue. According to Cholms Burger Instagram, their hours are 11 AM to 10 PM, and they are open Tuesday through Friday.
