New Poke Food Truck Has Opened in Bozeman

We are always excited about a new spot to eat lunch or dinner, especially when they are offering something different.

If you have been on 7th Avenue lately you might have seen our old friend Knuckle Truck right next to Access Fitness. The thing is, they have a new neighbor and they are serving something just as delicious, refreshing, and different than what you can get in Bozeman.

Electric Poke serves up fresh Hawaiian-style poke and their food trailer is absolutely adorable. Electric Poke is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:30 AM to 6 PM. Perfect time to grab food for lunch or dinner on your way home.

If you don't know poke is traditionally a Hawaiian dish that is served with cut-up fish, seaweed, soy sauce, and a few other key ingredients and is known to be quite refreshing. Poke usually uses ahi tuna or other refreshing fish as the meat in the dish.

Poke is one of my favorite dishes to get when I am in California, Hawaii, or Washington and it's just a perfect small dish to have. It's been a while since I have had poke and I am definitely going to go to Electric Poke in the next few days for lunch and I cannot wait to try it.

If Electric Poke brings me back to the coast of Hawaii, they might become my new favorite lunch spot and I am all for that.
