New Asian Restaurant Opening Up in Bozeman

Just from the sound of this place, it might be something completely different from what we have here in the Gallatin Valley and I am excited for trying something new.

Last night I was grabbing some take out at Super Chix off of 19th and Oak, when I noticed a new restaurant is going in just a few doors down and right across from Cold Smoke Coffee. The new restaurant is called Yo Poke and this place must be brand new because they don't have a website yet and a Facebook page with very little info.

From the looks of the very little info we have and some of their tags on their Facebook page, Yo Poke is an Asian fusion restaurant that will be offering items such as sushi bowls and something I didn't know exist, sushi burritos. Plus, their Facebook page also has nachos tagged and that piques my interest even more.

Some of the most popular restaurants in Bozeman are sushi restaurants like Seven Sushi, Dave's Sushi and Wasabi. They are always slammed for in house dining or take out and even their delivery services are busy. So we are always in need of more sushi restaurants but this sounds like it might be a bit different.

Yo Poke is looking to position themselves differently from the other sushi restaurants by offering something of a different variety and that could really play into their favor. Plus, they are next to one of the busiest intersections in Bozeman. They have the potential to do very well.
