Slowly but surely, Montana State volleyball has become a force in the Big Sky Conference.

406 MT Sports is reporting for the first time ever in Montana State volleyball's history they have landed an Under Armour First Team All-American and the best part, she is from Montana as well.

Helena Capital's Audrey Hofer signed to play for the Montana State Bobcats and looks to help improve the Bobcats even better than they have been playing.in recent years.

Audrey Hofer helped Helena Capital win their third straight AA volleyball state title and they have a 71 match win streak. Both are extremely impressive to say the least. Hofer won't be able to play till next season but she will be helping out a Bobcat squad that has been on the rise lately.

Ever since the Daniel Jones took over the Bobcat's volleyball program he has slowly been building them into a major player in the conference and with this huge recruit this will only make them better.

If you have never been to a MSU Volleyball match you are seriously missing out on a ton of fun. They play in Shroyer Gym next to the Brick and it's always rowdy. The matches usually sell out and have a great presence of students and locals cheering on the Bobcats.

Due to all Big Sky Conference sports in the fall getting moved to the winter or spring , the volleyball season won't start till January and there probably won't be fans allowed at the matches due to the surge of COVID-19 cases.
