According to them, the most expensive city in Montana is Billings.
Really?
The methodology they used to find the answer was the cost of living, the housing market, and a few other factors, but that doesn't make sense.
Billings is one of the cheapest cities to live in Montana.
Billings has a fair housing market and cost of living.
Many folks have left other Montana cities to live there because it's cheaper.

Where are the most expensive cities in Montana?
Bozeman, Missoula, Big Sky, and Whitefish are the obvious answers.
Bozeman and Missoula have housing markets that will make you spit out water.
Whitefish and Big Sky are only towns in Montana, but their housing markets could rival ski areas in Colorado.
Maybe one day, these lists will get something right.
