You see them walking down the street holding hands, at restaurants sharing a kiss, or driving the road cuddled up together.

It's adorable.

Some folks can tend to get frisky in public. Most establishments will shut that down immediately, but what about your car?

You would be wrong.

If you get caught making love in your car, you will break Montana Law 45-5-504, which states:

  • Knowingly or purposely exposes their genitals under circumstances in which the person knows the conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm,
  • Exposes themselves in such a way as to either abuse, humiliate, harass, or degrade another, or
  • Exposes themselves to arouse or gratify the person's sexual response or desire or the sexual response or desire of any person.

If caught, you must pay a fine of no more than $500 or be imprisoned for up to six months.

We would take the fine.

You might think that's the worst part, but it's not.

Due to Indecent Exposure laws, if you commit this crime, you could have to register as a sex offender.

Overall, be smart and wait until you get home to have fun.
