Montana got a little more weird over the weekend, and we loved every second of it. Parody song legend Weird Al Yankovic rolled into Big Sky County and delivered an unforgettable performance on Sunday night at the Kettlehouse Amphitheater.

Call me crazy, but I couldn't pass up an opportunity to see Weird Al perform. Even if it meant driving to Missoula and back to Bozeman on a Sunday.
Weird Al Yankovic Plays Epic Show In Montana
From outrageous parodies to accordion-powered polka medleys, the crowd was on its feet, laughing, singing, and cheering along. For one night, Montana was transformed into Weird Al’s wild, wacky, and wonderfully weird world.

Puddles Pity Party opened the show, and throughout his performance, random images of Kevin Costner were displayed on the stage backdrop. Apparently, Puddles is a big fan.
When Weird Al Yankovic walked out on stage, the crowd went wild. He performed all of his parody hits including "Like a Surgeon," "White and Nerdy," "Eat It," and "Fat," just to name a few.
Of course, Weird Al's iconic accordion made several appearances throughout the show. There were also a lot of costume changes.
Weird Al doesn't perform in Montana often, so it's no surprise that the show was completely sold out. He not only played the hits, but he also played the Captain Underpants theme song, which the younger fans seemed to enjoy.
I may be somewhat sleep-deprived today, but being able to witness Weird Al along the banks of the Blackfoot River in Montana was more than worth it. Check out some pictures from the concert below.
