Honestly, there's nothing special about the home. In fact, it's pretty basic. The 1,824 sqft home was built in 1955 and features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Videos of the home have been shared on TikTok, and more recently, Business Insider published an article about it.

WHY IS THIS TINY MONTANA HOME GETTING NATIONAL ATTENTION?

If you're wondering what the big deal is, it's that the home is currently listed for sale, and the asking price is $1,100,000. That's ride, over a million dollars for a tiny little house with no land.

The seller said the asking price is due to Whitefish's growing appeal to wealthy out-of-staters.
