New German-Style Restaurant and Bar Opening in Bozeman

An exciting new restaurant and bar will be opening soon in the heart of downtown Bozeman. The restaurant will feature Montana-made and and Montana-grown ingredients, and is inspired by German beer halls.

Nest Partners, the team behind the LARK and Tinworks Art worked with Wyatt Nelson from Montana Local Food Distribution, Daniels Gourmet Meats, B Bar Ranch, Pioneer Meats, On the Rise, Bausch Farm Potatoes, Montana Mex Ketchup, MFGR Designs, and others to make the dream of the restaurant a reality.

German-Style Restaurant Opening in Downtown Bozeman

The restaurant, named gute Laune,which translates to 'good spirits' is expected open sometime before the end of April. Menu items will include Montana bratwursts and a variety of European beers.

gute Laune is a communal gathering spot offering good food, refreshing drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere where friends can experience 'good spirit.'

Drink offerings will include everything from a Praga Pilsner from Czechia to a German Hofbräu Lager. There will also be handcrafted cocktails, wine, and a variety of alcohol-free options. The restaurant will be open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, Wednesday through Sunday, but operating hours could change in the future. The business will officially open on Saturday, April 20, and a grand opening celebration is planned for Thursday, April 25.
