Belgrade Is Getting a Massive New BBQ Food Truck

If you love good BBQ, you'll be excited to learn about this new food truck that's opening soon in Belgrade.

Montana may not be known for its barbecue, but certain people are looking to change that. With events like the Montana Pitmaster Classic which takes places annually, barbecue has reached a level of popularity never before seen in the state.

Good barbecue is somewhat hard to find in Montana, but there are still a few quality options. Yellowhouse Barbecue, Bourbon, and Follow Yer' Nose are among the most popular in the Bozeman area.

Virgil Sheridan is a familiar face in the Gallatin Valley. You've probably seen him at Montana State football games and other community events. He's a huge Bobcat fan, and is a huge supporter of all things Montana State.

Recently, Sheridan decided it was time to follow his dream. His stepson purchased Madison River Brewing with a group of investors, and it was suggested that Virgil should open a food truck in the parking lot. After a few beers, he decided to do it.

Sheridan's BBQ will be open Thursday-Sunday from 12PM-8PM. It's located at Madison River Brewing (20900 Frontage Road). A grand opening is scheduled on Thursday, April 10.

Menu items will include brisket, pulled pork, ribs, riverboat nachos, and more. If you don't mind a little kick, there's also unique twist on jalapeno poppers, like you've never had before.

Sheridan would like to thank his family and friends for all of their support. He also wants to thank the community for encouraging him to chase him dream.
