Bozeman’s Luxury Escape: New Hotel Set to Open in 2025
Construction on a new luxury development in the heart of Bozeman is expected to begin soon. The project combines hotel rooms and condominiums, and it will be the first of its kind in Montana. The new development is one of several in the works for Montana's fastest growing city.
Bozeman has been changing rapidly in recent years, and all of the new additions are difficult to keep track of. The shortage of available housing in the area has been an issue for some time, and new subdivisions and housing developments have been popping up on a regular basis. Unfortunately, most of the new housing is out of reach for the average person.
NEW LUXURY DEVELOPMENT IN BOZEMAN EXPECTED TO OPEN IN 2025
I was driving down Lamme St. in Bozeman recently and noticed an advertisement for a new residential development. The Hotel Bozeman & Residences are slated to open in 2025, and there isn't anything else like it in the state. It will be the first "Autograph Collection" hotel in Montana.
WHAT IS AN AUTOGRAPH COLLECTION HOTEL?
According to Business Insider, the Autograph Collection is a collection of luxury, independent hotels in major cities and resort areas. The hotels are included in Marriot's International portfolio.
If you're curious about the amenities offered at The Hotel Bozeman & Residences, the Home Base Partners website is full of useful information.
This property will boast two fully amenitized buildings, including Bozeman’s first full service spa, a 2,500 square foot state-of-the-art fitness center, two full service restaurants, two additional bars and almost 7,000 square feet of meeting and event space. This unique project will have 120 well-appointed guest rooms and 34 expertly designed residences.
Sounds fancy, right? We spent some time on the Hotel Bozeman website, and were unable to find any information about pricing, but judging by the description, it most likely won't be cheap.
