Gallatin County Now Offering Paid Parental Leave To Employees

The Gallatin County Commission announced to retain, recruit and support their dedicated employees, they will be offering paid parental leave as a benefit to their employees.

The new policy was unanimously passed and will be instantly in effect.

The new policy offers full and part-time employees who have worked with Gallatin County for at least six months.

This is a great plan put forth by Gallatin County. Many folks worry about what they are going to do after a birth of a child and if your a government employee for Gallatin County, they have your back.
