CBS Morning reports Edible Brands, the parent company of Edible Arrangements, has launched a new service featuring THC Edibles.

The new Edibles brand will offer drinks, chews, and other THC-infused products to deliver to customers.

The new company is only available in California and Texas, but is planning to expand to other states where marijuana is legal.

Could locals see this come to Montana soon?

It could, but there are several problems.

Montana's Marijuana Industry

The marijuana industry is booming in Montana.

Montana has seen significant income from marijuana tax revenue in the past two years.

Millions of dollars have helped several programs involving veterans, education, and conservation due to marijuana tax revenue.

The new Edibles company would have an uphill battle in Montana.

Current Montana marijuana laws don't allow delivery, and for the Edible company to open shop in Big Sky Country, that would have to be allowed.

Plus, this state legislature is trying to change Montana's marijuana laws daily.

It might be a long road for Edibles to come to Montana, but it could happen down the road.
