Didn’t Get a Garth Ticket Today? You Have Another Shot Saturday

Tickets sold out today as expected for the Garth Brooks Drive-In Show that will be exclusively shown at outdoor drive-in movie theaters around the country on June 27th, including locally in Manhattan at the Pasture Drive-In at 360 Little Camp Way.

If you did not get a ticket for the show, you may still be in luck of purchasing one. Due to a technical malfunction with the ticketing company, there are still some tickets available nationally, and they will be sold Saturday morning starting at 10 a.m. We do not know how many are still available for the Manhattan viewing, but what are left will be sold starting at 10 a.m. Saturday. Tickets are $100 per car with a limit of 150 cars. There is a limit of 6 people per car or the number of legal seatbelts in the car, whichever is fewer. This special Garth show will also be shown in Billings and Hamilton, and what tickets are available for those shows will also be sold on Saturday.

Gates will open at the Pasture Drive-In Theater in Manhattan on Saturday, June 27, at 8 p.m. Western Skies will perform before the Garth show starts. Raffle tickets will also be sold to win a guitar donated by Gibson Guitars to a lucky Garth Drive-In Concert goer. Raffle Tickets will only be sold at the Garth show and will be $20 each or 2 for $25 with $5.00 going to the Food Bank all other funds will be going towards a mission trip.

The theater is also working on a food truck so that you can purchase food and drinks.

Porter Blanchard, a senior at Manhattan High, started the Pasture Drive-In as part of his Entrepreneur class.  The assignment was to create a business plan and a business. Youth Entrepreneur offers $300 for well thought out business plans.  When asked about how the idea for the Drive-In all started Blanchard stated:

We were brainstorming for two months different ideas. Then one night over family dinner (school had just been canceled and the whole country shut down basically) [we] came up with the Drive-In idea in order for people to get out and do something and still abide by social distancing guidelines.
